ABOUT ELIGEO.AI
We didn’t read about this change. We lived it.
Before the CORE Methodology and AI Foundations were something we offered to clients, they were how we rebuilt our own company. This is what we changed, why we changed it, and what it produced.

THE PROBLEM
The problem we set out to solve
On paper, our engagements worked. Scope was agreed, the work was delivered, and clients signed off. The difficulty appeared once teams began using the systems themselves: escalations that were hard to anticipate, dissatisfaction without a clear cause, and delays that were difficult to trace back to a source.
The real constraint was diagnosis. Understanding a single escalation could take days of reviewing transcripts, notes, and project files, and the window to act had often closed before the cause was clear. Early measures helped at the margins, a pre-onboarding survey, structured client sessions, but they added process without closing the gap.
The signal was in the data the whole time. What was missing was a reliable way to read it before it became a problem.
02
WE WERE CUSTOMER ZERO
The CORE Methodology started inside Eligeo.ai
We did not design CORE as something to sell. We built it to improve our own company, and we ran the same sequence on ourselves before it was a methodology at all. Only once the results were clear did we begin communicating it. We started with the process, not a platform: fix how the work runs, then let the technology carry it. That order is the reason it worked.
03
How we actually did it
One connected system, built in three parts
The solution was not a single tool. It was three things, built together and running on the systems we already had.
Workflow automation, across the value chain
Contracts and work move from one stage to the next without anyone re-keying the same number into the next system. A deal, a signed contract, and a live job flow across the business on their own, on the tools the team already knows.
Claude skills in sales and delivery
We built skills that raise the quality of the work itself, not just its speed. Each one takes a piece of manual work off our people and gives them back time for the client. A few of the skills now live across the company:
FloCore, watching every project
One place reads how each engagement is really going, not how someone hoped it was going. It surfaces the account that is quietly drifting so we step in within minutes rather than days, and with help rather than blame.
04
Claude, across the whole business
One AI, moving with the work from department to department
The same connected environment supports every stage of an engagement, from the first sales conversation to the day the client’s team is trained and live.
Reads what the client needs and prepares the team before the call.
Keeps the pipeline honest and surfaces where the real opportunity is.
Turns a messy problem into a clear, build-ready shape faster.
Checks the build against what was agreed, so issues surface before go-live.
Helps the client’s team learn the new way of working and make it stick.

The “after” picture
We didn’t buy new software.
We connected what we already had.
The efficiency did not come from a new platform. It came from stitching HubSpot, monday.com, QuickBooks, Slack and Make into one connected system, with Claude at the center and the whole team working in it.
You don’t need another software to do this either.
We want to be clear about one thing: this was never about replacing people. We kept our team and we changed their work. The manual, administrative load, the digging and the re-keying, moved to AI. The judgment, the strategy, and the relationships, the parts that actually needed a human, moved to the front.
The time we freed up didn’t become a headcount cut. It went back into our customer relationships, where it belongs. It wasn’t easy, and we won’t pretend it was. AI isn’t perfect, it is always learning, and so are we. The skill that matters most now isn’t having every answer. It’s knowing the right questions to ask.

WHERE YOU’LL RECOGNIZE YOURSELF
If any of this is your week, it was ours first
- The weekly report describes last week, not today.
- A project is green right up until the day it isn’t.
- Two people give you two different numbers, and both can prove it.
- The people who know how it really works are booked solid.
- You have five systems and no single answer about what’s true.
- Your team spends its mornings assembling information instead of acting on it.
You can’t augment a broken process with AI. You have to reimagine how the work runs, then teach the agents what you know.
CAREERS
Build with people who trust the process.
The people who do their best work here are curious, honest about what the evidence says, and comfortable navigating the unknown as it comes. If that sounds like you, tell us who you are. The form goes straight into our hiring board, and a real person reads every one.
Why we’re telling you this
We were you, eighteen months ago.
If your departments don’t talk to each other, if rework keeps turning up in your numbers, if you’re delivering what you promised and still losing clients, we’re not guessing at your problem. We didn’t start with a platform. We started with our process, fixed it, then let the technology carry it. That’s the order, and it’s the whole reason it worked. The same first step is in front of you.
